Summary: A bargain of a Barrel
Comment: This is a great step barrel for the price. It's sturdy and comfortably padded. You can pay several times more for one from any of the major pilates apparatus manufacturers. The video (of course it should be a dvd) is quite good with instruction by Romana and some very well-known pilates instructors as the students.
Barrel exercises are challenging for the pilates neophyte and the pro.
